How do asian celebrities stay SO skinny? I mean, the culture’s staple food is white rice, and that makes most people GAIN weight, yet so many asian (japanese, korean, chinese) celebrities are VERY skinny. How do I get that skinny?

I have been trying to lose weight forever with no results. 5′ 3″, 127 lbs. Run 3 – 4 times per wk. I will be adding 3 days of spinning to my work-out 3 time per wk once my spinning bike shows up. I eat a pretty low-carb diet. I can’t help but think there must be some secret out there I’m missing. Help!!!

especially young girls. i think its sick on how minipulating some people can be on how to lose weight.like size 00! whats that about?!im about the right size and am quite heavy but slim enough, but i stil want to lose weightr. i know its wrong but i just look at how some guys look at skinny girls and wish i was the skinny girls.please share some thoughts

Do you agree that the magazine companies are making the situation of anorexic celebrities worse by giving them publicity? As long as they keep getting put on the front of magazines, they know that they only have to lose weight to get that all important fame. Once we stop being so fascinated by their emaciated bodies surely they will be more healthy and stop giving bad messages to kids? Don’t get me wrong, i’m against obese kids too but we just need to promote healthy living!!
