Do you think women on tv (anchors, celebrities etc) are getting larger heads?

Ex Miss Califonia looks deformed. Her arms seems too short and skinny and her head is out of proportion to her body.
Today I noticed the anchors on CNN also have large heads and miniature bodies.

They look like caricatures.

Do you see the same thing?
